<	Carla Reyes Art Coordinator, Resident Charge Artist

Carla E. Reyes is a professional mixed-media artist with a background in fine art, scenic painting, decorative interiors, mural work, and art restoration. Carla received her BFA in Fine Arts and Restoration, and Color Specialist Certificate, from F.I.T., NYC.

Her artwork has been exhibited professionally for over 10 years and has been featured in a variety of well known publications and media. Carla is also a Teaching Artist, facilitating artistic experiences in multiple settings, with students of all ages and abilities, and is currently pursuing her MA in Art Education from The City College of New York, NYC.

Carla is most interested in the connective and healing power of the arts, which brought her to Blissful Bedrooms in January of 2010. She is very appreciative of the opportunity to regularly collaborate with so many imaginative, generous, and hardworking volunteers to design and create extraordinary environments for such unique and deserving recipients. .
