BLISSFUL BEDROOMS ANNUAL BEACH DAY 2020

We had a beautiful day at the Annual Blissful Bedrooms Beach Day event at Brighton Beach. Unfortunately it wasn’t as fulsome as in previous years due to the incredibly novel circumstances we are experiencing this summer, and the many challenges that has presented to us. Nevertheless, we made a small group of young individuals with disabilities very, very happy and they experienced a good dose of sunshine, fresh air and joy to boost their immune systems. We set the intention to carry on the best we could, and our small but mighty Core team of four volunteers suited up and showed up and did what we had to. We wore wore many hats to pull off this event with such a tiny crew, but we enjoyed the day as much as our guests did.
